  • Achieve performance metrics related to call handling time, data accuracy, and customer satisfaction while adhering to quality assurance standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, webinars, and certification programs to enhance technical and regulatory expertise.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; additional education in health‑care or business administration is a plus.
  • Minimum of 18 years of age and legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Basic computer proficiency: ability to start/shut down a PC, navigate between applications, save and print documents, and browse the internet.

Preferred Qualifications

  • One to two years of experience in a pharmacy‑related environment, preferably in a retail or call‑center setting.

  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and a proven track record of maintaining confidentiality in a health‑care setting.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Attention to Detail: Precise data entry and the ability to spot inconsistencies in medication orders.
  • Problem‑Solving: Quickly identify missing information, research solutions, and implement corrective actions.
