Key Responsibilities

  • Provide courteous, prompt, and accurate assistance to customers and patients through phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Enter patient and prescription data into arenaflex’s pharmacy management system with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Process transactions, including sales, returns, refunds, discounts, and exchanges, while adhering to arenaflex’s standard operating procedures.
  • Assist customers in locating over‑the‑counter (OTC) products, offering recommendations and upselling complementary items when appropriate.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked virtual workspace, ensuring that inventory records are up‑to‑date and accurate.
  • Support pharmacy technicians and pharmacists by preparing medication orders, counting pills, and verifying prescription accuracy.
  • Report any medication errors or discrepancies immediately to the supervising pharmacist and follow arenaflex’s quality‑improvement protocols.
  • Handle non‑clinical calls, such as inquiries from physicians or insurance providers, following established communication guidelines.
  • Process manual claims for external program medication services efficiently and accurately.

  • Ensure compliance with state and local regulations for controlled substances, alcohol, and tobacco products.
  • Participate in promotional activities, such as setting up limited‑time offers, seasonal displays, and special sales events.
  • Support the photo department by managing photo ID services, banner printing, and promotional photo product sales.
  • Execute online order duties, including order screening, pick‑list preparation, and timely customer notifications.
