Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the coordination of one Digital Media Advertising Operations lead, providing guidance to sales representatives and agency contacts throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Enter, validate, and maintain campaign data in arenaflex’s advertising management system with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and execute media plans that drive revenue growth, collaborating closely with sales, finance, and creative teams.
  • Allocate tasks across the operations team, ensuring seamless hand‑offs between order processing, trafficking, verification, and invoicing.
  • Prepare comprehensive campaign execution reports for the Data Management team, addressing any client inquiries promptly.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations related to inventory, creative assets, or campaign performance.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and Accounting to reconcile revenue and support post‑campaign financial close.
  • Analyze ad delivery metrics, ad quality, and technical issues, liaising with global Ad Platforms support to resolve discrepancies.
  • Evaluate potential ad tech vendor integrations and provide strategic input during contract negotiations.

Process Improvement & Innovation

  • Design, audit, and refine operational workflows that enhance quality, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Conduct data‑driven analysis of digital inventory utilization to recommend system enhancements and new product offerings.
  • Mentor junior team members, delivering training on best practices, system navigation, and industry standards.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date internal documentation that captures standard operating procedures and knowledge‑base articles.
  • Collaborate with regional teams across EMEA, acting as a local center of excellence for advertising operations.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in advertising, either on the agency side or within an ad‑tech environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in campaign management, trafficking, and reporting for video, display, and CTV inventory.
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize end‑to‑end advertising workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of improving campaign performance through data‑driven insights.
  • Deep understanding of programmatic advertising, key platforms (e.g., Google Marketing Platform, DV360), and major vendors in the ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations applicable to digital advertising (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
