Position Overview – Technology Analyst (Workday Data Migrations)

The Technology Analyst role is a pivotal position within arenaflex’s Workday team, focusing on the migration, validation, and optimization of critical HR and finance data. This role blends analytical rigor with hands‑on technical execution, ensuring that data moves seamlessly from legacy systems into Workday while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, security, and compliance. Key Responsibilities

  • Data Migration Execution: Apply proven data migration methodologies to extract, transform, and load (ETL) large volumes of employee and financial data into Workday, adhering to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and subject‑matter experts to gather, document, and prioritize functional and technical requirements for migration initiatives.
  • Solution Design & Testing: Design migration scripts, develop test cases, and conduct rigorous unit, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate data integrity and performance.
