Production Support Analyst Associate - Remote PST

Provide technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our systems. Monitor and maintain the smooth operation of our technical systems, identifying and resolving any potential issues. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely and efficient solutions. Collaborate with the production support team to identify and implement process improvements. Work independently and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and ensure client satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continually improve technical knowledge and skills. Document and maintain accurate records of technical support activities. Proactively identify potential issues and provide recommendations for improvement. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with security and privacy guidelines. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with clients and colleagues. Participate in team meetings and provide valuable insights and suggestions for improvement.
