Senior Account Manager – Client Sales & Insights
Job Description:
- identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships
- lead end-to-end sales processes including prospecting, needs assessment, solution development, negotiation, and closing
- partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver integrated measurement solutions
- develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations
- utilize Circana’s proprietary platforms to support client engagements and solution delivery
- meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- serve as the voice of the Softlines market internally
Requirements:
- 4–8 years of experience in media, advertising, or data/insights
- demonstrated track record of managing client relationships and driving new business revenue
- proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce/Dynamics)
- strong presentation skills
- comfort working with data and media measurement solutions (e.g., Media Mix, Lift Measurement)
- bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
