Your work will directly influence how customers experience arenaflex’s brand, ensuring every interaction is seamless, personalized, and delightful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product planning and delivery by collaborating daily with cross‑functional teams that include product managers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders.
  • Translate customer experiences into clear, actionable product requirements and feature specifications.
  • Drive technical solutions for large‑scale, complex features with minimal supervision, overseeing the full lifecycle from concept to launch.
  • Own end‑to‑end system design, ensuring architectural integrity, scalability, and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Develop data‑driven insights and make informed technical decisions based on real‑time metrics and business impact.
  • Define and document product acceptance criteria, test plans, and quality standards; mentor team members on best practices.
  • Partner with development, design, and QA teams to refine feature estimates, delivery schedules, and release plans.
  • Provide the design team with essential information on APIs, data sources, and system outputs to enable seamless integration.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical blockers, coordinating solutions across multiple engineering groups.
  • Validate feature delivery against customer and business objectives, ensuring compliance with acceptance criteria.
  • Assess technical feasibility, constraints, and dependencies in collaboration with adjacent technology teams.
  • Identify trade‑offs, mitigate risks, and drive mitigation strategies in partnership with neighboring product groups.
  • Facilitate open communication between technology and business teams, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
  • Act as a mentor and coach, elevating the technical product management capabilities of junior team members.
  • Collaborate with design to define technical solutions for research initiatives and prototype validation.
  • Measure product performance against defined success metrics, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead initiatives that enhance collaboration between product, engineering, and design, driving faster time‑to‑market.
  • Stay current with emerging technology trends and incorporate relevant innovations into product roadmaps.
  • Propose and design innovative product concepts that align with arenaflex’s strategic vision.
  • Work closely with product owners to scope upcoming projects and ensure alignment with business priorities.
  • Manage a cross‑functional product backlog, prioritizing work to maximize impact and value delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with internal design, product, and engineering teams to champion customer‑centric solutions.
  • Lead product intake and prioritization meetings, ensuring clear alignment across stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum six years of experience as a product manager or technical product owner, with at least three years in an IT or software development environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering large‑scale, complex technology projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong background in supply‑chain systems (e.g., Inventory Management, Order Management, WMS, TMS, Demand Planning) is highly desirable.
  • Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, CSPO, or equivalent are advantageous but not required.
  • Deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Preferred Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical mindset; ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable product decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguous situations, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools, and the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern API architectures.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire trust, foster collaboration, and encourage continuous learning.
  • High emotional intelligence—ability to read the room, understand stakeholder motivations, and respond with empathy.
  • Passion for customer success and a relentless focus on delivering value that exceeds expectations.
