Fitness Professional/Online Personal Trainer

Are you passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their health goals? We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Fitness Professional to join our dynamic team at our thriving online personal training business Demlition Transformation.
- *This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Meaning you are responsible for your own taxes and have more freedom on how you run things. We offer competitive commission only pay and after a 3 month review where you can start earning monthly bonuses!
Responsibilities - Conduct virtual fitness assessments to understand clients' needs, goals, and limitations. - Design personalized workout plans tailored to clients' fitness levels and objectives. - Deliver engaging and effective virtual training sessions to clients, providing proper instruction and feedback. - Offer ongoing support and motivation to clients, monitoring their progress and making adjustments as needed. - Respond promptly to client inquiries and maintain clear communication through various online platforms. - Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and best practices to continuously improve training programs. Qualifications - Certified personal trainer with a recognized fitness certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA, etc.). - Proven experience in designing and delivering virtual fitness programs. - Strong understanding of anatomy, exercise physiology, and nutrition principles. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients remotely. - Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting. - A passion for helping clients achieve their fitness and health goals. Pay Structure -Every Fitness Professional will be paid on a per session basis. -Sessions are always 30 minutes and can go longer if needed. -25% commission on total down payment if the prospect signs up after the First Fitness Assessment is given. -25% commission on total down payment if a current client resigns the agreement. -Training Packs go for 6 months at a time and are paid on a monthly basis.
