Podcast Editor (Video + Audio) for The BrewedAt Podcast

Remote, USA Full-time Posted 2026-06-10

The BrewedAt Podcast is a long-running show, 110+ episodes, covering the craft beverage industry: breweries, bars, distilleries, and the people behind them. Our whole brand is built on the Greater Philadelphia and New Jersey, beverage scene, featuring a handful of out of town guests. We film in person, multi-camera, and publish a full video version, an audio version, and short-form clips every week. We film two-camera on a Red Komodo and a Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K, both 1080 ProRes with our LUT burned in. The look is baked in on capture, so you are cutting color-ready footage. We are not asking you to grade from scratch, only to keep the two angles consistent. We are looking for a dependable editor to turn raw multi-camera footage into polished, distribution-ready episodes on a consistent schedule. Important: this is a video and audio role, not audio only. You will cut multi-camera video as well as mix audio, so please only apply if you are confident with both. We are starting this on a per-episode basis as we move editing from in-house to outsourced. For the right editor, the goal is to grow it into an ongoing, part-time role with recurring weekly volume. We film two episodes per session and publish every Wednesday, so reliability and clear communication matter as much as editing skill from the very first episode. What you will do: - Edit multi-camera video in Premiere Pro - sync angles, switch between speakers, tighten pacing, remove filler, dead air, and false starts - Clean and mix audio: noise reduction, EQ, leveling, and loudness normalization to podcast standard - Place host-read ad segments, intro, and outro per our episode template - Cut short-form vertical clips from each episode for social - Write episode show notes: a short summary, guest and business names spelled correctly, key topics or timestamps, and relevant links, formatted to our template - Export and prepare distribution-ready files for our podcast host, Spotify, and YouTube Requirements: - Proven multi-camera video editing in Premiere Pro - Strong audio post-production: cleanup, mixing, and loudness normalization - Experience turning long-form interviews into clean, well-paced episodes - Reliable turnaround and responsive communication - Comfortable following an episode template and style guide consistently Nice to have: - Familiarity with AutoPod for multicam - Experience producing captioned social clips with relevant imagery (No AI Photos) - Interest in or knowledge of the craft beverage world, especially the Philadelphia and New Jersey scene Structure and rate: - Hourly rate, with work assigned one episode at a time to start - One episode per week, finished length 45 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes, three-day turnaround per episode - Each episode acts as a paid trial before any ongoing commitment - For the right editor, this grows into ongoing, recurring weekly volume Apply To This Job
