[Remote] Business Development Representative

Rocket Advance is a fast-growing real estate finance platform that helps real estate agents close more deals by providing fast, flexible funding solutions for their clients. The company is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to support inbound deal flow, generate outbound opportunities, and represent the company at experiential marketing events.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound leads from digital marketing, events, and referrals
  • Conduct discovery calls and close opportunities
  • Manage CRM activity and follow-ups
  • Research and prospect real estate agents, brokerages, and technology partners
  • Execute outbound campaigns via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualify opportunities and book meetings for partnership discussions
  • Attend and support trade shows, lunch-and-learns, and networking events
  • Assist with booth setup and lead capture
  • Follow up with event leads to drive pipeline growth
  • Travel: Approximately once per month across Canada & USA

Skills

  • 1–3 years of sales experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and closing conversations
  • Minimum 1 year of CRM experience (Zoho preferred)
  • Business degree or equivalent education
  • 1+ year of real estate industry experience
