Inside Sales Account Executive, B2B
Flywire is a global payments enablement and software company on a mission to deliver critical payment solutions. As an Inside Sales Account Executive, you will convert inbound leads into client partnerships, focusing on customer satisfaction and long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Convert inbound leads into qualified opportunities and close deals by understanding client pain points and demonstrating the value of Flywire’s AR automation and payments solution
- Engage prospects in discovery calls, product demos, and consultative sales discussions
- Build and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales lifecycle—from first touch through onboarding and handoff
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Operations, Solutions Engineering) to deliver a seamless client experience
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity tracking in our CRM system
- Identify trends in client feedback to influence new product features and improvements
- Support broader sales and marketing initiatives, including lead nurturing and campaign follow-up
Skills
- At least 1-2 years experience in a full cycle Sales role
- Consistent experience with outbound outreach is a must
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills
- Ability to manage multiple inbound leads and prioritize effectively
- A passion for helping businesses solve real-world payment and AR challenges
- Experience in SaaS, Fintech, or AR automation is a plus
