Executive Operations Coordinator, Office of the CEO

The Executive Operations Coordinator will support the CEO's operational needs, managing scheduling, communications, and logistics to enhance the CEO's impact on company outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • You own the CEO's schedule and use it to strategically spend his time
  • You'll handle and prioritize incoming emails, take notes and send action items to other team members, and work with the CEO to figure out what type of follow-up works best
  • You'll prepare agendas, coordinate logistics, and own the follow-up
  • You'll support execution: tracking deliverables, coordinating across teams, flagging when something's slipping, and keeping the machinery running once the strategy is set
  • Occasionally you'll book a dinner reservation, coordinate a personal appointment, or handle something that doesn't fit neatly into a work category
  • Discretion is a baseline requirement

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree equivalent or 1–3 years of professional experience
  • Time spent in a startup-like environment at a tech company or similar
  • Strong critical thinking to quickly synthesize information and challenge assumptions
  • Comfort with ambiguity
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive outcomes without direct authority
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the Bay Area
  • You have a bias toward action
  • You're a fast pattern-matcher and an active listener
  • You're low-ego
  • You like working on a team
  • You like taking things from chaos to calm
  • Discretion is a baseline requirement
