Recruiter (Hybrid)
Cardinal McCloskey Community Services is dedicated to protecting and empowering at-risk children and families through quality community-based services. As a Recruiter, you will manage full cycle recruitment and onboarding efforts, including sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, and building relationships with prospective employees and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for full cycle recruitment and onboarding efforts
- Sourcing, job posting, identifying suitable candidates, conducting screenings, negotiating job offers, developing offer letters, preparing onboarding documentation and scheduling of PPD, fingerprint and employment checks through OPWDD, OCFS, DOE and DOH and working with a third-party screening and verification vendor
- Act as a point of contact and build relationships with prospective employees and hiring managers during the employment process
Skills
- HS Diploma and 1-2 years experience
- Detail-oriented and good organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft applications, ADP and Google Docs
- Preferred experience recruiting/onboarding in a non-profit environment
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
