HR Systems & Reporting Specialist

The HR Systems & Reporting Specialist will support HR operations by managing system administration, ensuring data accuracy, and providing reporting and analytics across various HR platforms.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1–2 support and troubleshooting for HR systems (HCM, ATS, LMS, etc.)
- Create and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards
- Monitor data integrity and perform audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Configure system features and workflows across HR platforms
- Support system upgrades, testing, and release management activities
- Partner with stakeholders to define and resolve issues and implement enhancements
- Document processes, procedures, and user guides
- Assist with ongoing system maintenance and improvement initiatives
Skills
- 1+ year of experience supporting HR systems or in an HR/IT environment
- Familiarity with systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, Cornerstone, or Everbridge
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, Information Systems or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
