The Assistant, Audio Investor role focuses on understanding the audio landscape and negotiation processes, supporting the transition to an Audio Investor position while managing administrative tasks and client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities include ordering & confirming orders, handling makegoods, monitoring placement of scheduled spots, maintaining added value and billing reconciliation
  • Review & understand buying guideline (goals & objectives) with Investor
  • Maintain accurate buy files with financial information to align with buying system
  • Assume buying responsibilities from pre-buy to post buy in small markets/on accounts
  • Implement work-related goals established by investor/brand team on behalf of clients
  • Establish & maintain business relationship with vendor partners
  • Learn & understand media terminology
