Financial Growth Partners is a national financial planning firm dedicated to empowering clients in their financial journeys. As a Business Development Associate, you will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals, analyze their information, and develop strategies to help them achieve their dreams while maintaining a healthy work/life balance.
Responsibilities
- Working with clients to understand their goals, concerns, and current financial information
- Analyzing information to create a strategy and financial plan with appropriate products and services
- Developing and maintaining a base of clients who value your input and guidance
- Working with clients to keep their financial strategies current and aligned with their goals, building relationships with clients that will last for years
Skills
- Must be a US citizen or permanent resident
- Must live in FGP's territory- DE, PA, MD, DC, VA
- Obtain appropriate licensing
- A passion for helping others and making a positive impact in your community
