Job Title Associate Director Government Pricing Requisition JR000015808 Associate Director Government Pricing (Open) Location Malvern, PA Additional Locations Bridgewater, NJ, Hazelwood, MO Job Description Summary The Associate Director, Government Pricing, will report directly to the Director of Government Contracts and Pricing assisting with strategic direction, advanced subject matter expertise, and operational oversight to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all government price reporting. This role collaborates extensively with Legal, Government Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial, Finance, Accounting and Compliance. Responsibilities include assisting with overseeing the functionality, data integrity, and operational processes within Model N to support accurate, compliant price calculations and reporting.

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities ________________________________________ Federal Manufacturer Government Price Reporting ● Assist with providing oversight for calculation, review, audit, and submission of federal pricing values including: Average Manufacturer Price (AMP), Best Price (BP), Average Sales Price (ASP), Non-Federal Average Manufacturer Price (NFAMP), 340B Public Health Service (PHS) Ceiling Price, Federal Ceiling Price (FCP), Unit Rebate Amount (URA), Medicare Part B Inflationary Rebates and Medicare Part D Inflationary Rebates. ● Assist with the identification and tracking of bonafide service fees per the required CMS qualitative and quantitative Fair Market Value assessments and obtaining/submitting customer bona fide service fee certifications. ● Provide review and approval for quarterly Medicaid and Medicare rebates. ● Assist with resolution of complex pricing issues, data anomalies, restatement decisions, and methodology assessments. ● Provide leadership support for Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contract renewals and annual Public Law process. ● Ensure alignment and accuracy of government pricing data used in Gross to Net forecasting and accruals. ● Partner with Commercial Finance to maintain a comprehensive financial forecast model incorporating latest government pricing and rebate assumptions. ● Assist with annual review and updates of Government Pricing policies, reasonable assumptions, standard operating procedures and calculation methodologies (~ 30 documents, 500+ pages). Updates may include regulatory, product, business practice, software/system or enforcement trends. ● Assist with oversight of proper system configuration, master data accuracy, and adherence to approved methodologies and internal controls. ● Continue to strengthen internal controls, documentation standards, and compliance frameworks related to government pricing processes. ● Coordinate with IT and Model N support teams to address system issues, manage updates, and maintain data integrity. ● Approve and oversee testing, validation, and governance for system integrations, upgrades, enhancements or regulatory changes impacting government pricing calculations. ________________________________________ State Drug Transparency Reporting ● Provide leadership oversight and subject matter support for state drug price transparency submissions including price increases, new drug reporting, and cost/WAC changes. ● Support interpretation of emerging state legislation and oversee operational implementation. ________________________________________ Cross Functional Partnership & Compliance ● Partner with Legal, Government Affairs, and Compliance to monitor regulatory changes and assess their operational impact. ● Work routinely with Market Access, GTN Payments Team and 3rd Party vendor to analyze/optimize the 340B/Medicaid duplicate discount review and recovery process to drive greater efficiency and improve recovery performance. ● Lead cross functional discussions on the government pricing implications of contract strategy, pricing actions, and commercial decision making. ● Provide training, education, and subject matter expertise to internal stakeholders. ● Represent the Government Pricing function in audit discussions, compliance reviews, and strategic initiatives. ● Maintain and enhance SOPs, policies, process flows, and governance documentation across all government price reporting. Education / Experience / Skills ● Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics); advanced degree preferred. MBA or CPA preferred. ● 8+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical Government Pricing, Medicaid/Medicare reimbursement, pricing policy, or regulatory compliance. ● Prior leadership or team management experience strongly preferred. ● Deep technical expertise in AMP, BP, ASP, URA, 340B, and FSS/VA pricing required. ● Strong working knowledge of state drug price transparency requirements preferred. ● Experience with Model N or similar GP system strongly preferred. ● Strong analytical, quantitative, and decision-making skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations. ● Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and presentation skills. ● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment. ● High ethical standards and strong commitment to accuracy and compliant reporting practices. Organizational Relationship / Scope This position reports to the Director, Government Contracts and Pricing and works closely with Finance, Gross to Net Accounting, Internal Audit, Market Access, Internal and External Counsel, Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, Commercial and Government Affairs. Please note that base pay offered may vary depending on factors including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable program. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion.
