Remote HR Team Lead — IT Recruitment & People Growth
We are looking for HR Team Lead to support recruitment and HR activities together with colleagues. Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from gathering job requirements to job offer
- Coordinate HR team performance
- Maintain ATS and recruitment data consistency and purity
- Conduct HR interviews (mainly with English-speaking candidates)
- Ensure that internal HR procedures are being followed
- Participate in 1-1 meetings and offboarding procedures
- Implement ideas to improve the recruiting process
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in HR field
- 2+ years in IT Recruitment
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment process
- Experience in leading and mentoring
- Understanding employee life-cycle in a company
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
- Responsibility, attentiveness to details, flexibility, communication skills
- Ability to share knowledge and make reasonable decisions
