14411 – Senior Recruiter (German & English Speaking) (Remote | Hungary)

Join our international RPO Team immediately for a home office-based assignment in Hungary (with ad hoc presence in the Budapest office)! The Senior Recruiter is accountable for: End-to-end recruiting process (sourcing and recruiting) for corporate shared services roles and highly technical sales and research and development positions for a scientific instruments manufacturer. Establishing recruiting processes and best practices; managing hiring manager relationships and building good recruiting behaviors within the hiring manager community; project management and process development. Briefing calls with our client and autonomous candidate selection, sourcing, screening applications documents and conducting telephone interviews and scheduling Hiring Manager interviews. Providing detailed documentation of selection decisions, supporting candidates and managers during the hiring process, including offer and contract administration. You will be primarily responsible for EMEA and DACH region. Skill and Experience required: 5 years plus Recruitment (full life cycle) experience preferably in inhouse or RPO. Leverage a strong background in technical recruiting to attract and evaluate top-tier talent for technical roles. Demonstrate a high level of technical acumen to screen for hard skills and engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers. Communicate clearly and effectively while extracting relevant details about candidates’ skills and experiences. Proactively implement improvements and adapt quickly to change. Exhibit solid project management capabilities, bringing structure, process and order to ambiguous or fast-changing recruitment situations. Prior experience recruiting for global companies is an advantage. Background in software recruiting is highly desirable. Familiarity with SmartRecruiters or Workday ATS is a plus. Experience recruiting in DACH or the broader EMEA region is preferred. Knowledge of the scientific or precision engineering industries is beneficial. Attitude focused on customers and interacting with them. Self-assured yet friendly manners and outstanding communication skills. Reliable working methods, enjoyment of working with a high degree of autonomy. Professional-level proficiency in English and German is required. This position comes with a 1-year fixed-term contract (with the possibility of extension). Seeking at least 5 years of experience in end-to-end Recruitment process.
