Role Description The Marketing Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing data, identifying industry trends, and providing actionable insights to guide the company's marketing strategies. The main focus area will be around digital marketing (paid media, organic social, email/sms, etc.) and how best to make UOOA stand out in this competitive market. The role will also involve creating reports, tracking metrics, and conducting comprehensive research on the brand and competitors' marketing activities to support decision-making and achieve business goals. This role will be highly analytical in nature and require the ability to do comprehensive research with limited tools and resources.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Market Research and Market Analysis
- Experience with Marketing Analytics and Analytical Skills
- Effective Communication skills to present findings and collaborate with teams
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, software, and visualization platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Familiarity with the beauty and wellness industry is an advantage
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in competitive research across paid media, organic social, crm, etc.
- Previous experience working in a start-up environment with limited resources
