About The Role The DSCA .Net Core Developer (Software Engineer) role is a critical position within the Warfare Systems division, supporting the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), Office of the CIO. This full-time, remote opportunity is designed for a mid-level software engineer with expertise in .NET Core and C# technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and backend services that support enterprise data management and security cooperation operations. The role involves modernizing existing systems, integrating with data platforms, and implementing automation solutions to streamline processes. Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath is highly preferred, as the role includes developing automation workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual workloads. The position requires active engagement in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with mission objectives. The role also emphasizes adherence to security standards, best coding practices, and continuous improvement of software systems to meet evolving operational needs.

Qualifications
