Job Summary The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the vision, strategy, and optimization of Alonso & Alonso's Salesforce environment. Acting as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related initiatives, this role ensures the platform supports the firm's operational, client management, and compliance needs. The administrator will manage system maintenance, configuration, integrations, and user support, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to maximize Salesforce's value in a legal services context. Essential Responsibilities and Duties Strategic Leadership & Vision Partner with leadership to define and execute a Salesforce roadmap aligned with business goals and client service objectives. Identify opportunities for process automation and innovative solutions within Salesforce. Translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions that enhance operational efficiency and client relationships. System Administration & Maintenance Manage user accounts, profiles, permissions, roles, and security settings in compliance with firm policies. Ensure data integrity, security, and confidentiality according to legal industry standards. Conduct regular system audits, troubleshoot issues, and monitor system health. Oversee integrations with other platforms such as case management, document management, and billing systems. Configuration & Development Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for data-driven decision-making. Coordinate with developers or third-party vendors for complex enhancements and integrations. Training & Support Serve as the primary Salesforce subject matter expert for end users. Provide training sessions, user guides, and best practice documentation. Promote adoption of Salesforce tools and features across the firm.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years hands-on Salesforce administration experience. Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201). Strong knowledge of data security, compliance, and confidentiality practices. Proven ability to convert business needs into Salesforce solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce experience in a law firm or professional services environment. Proficiency with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or legal-specific implementations. Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder). Experience integrating Salesforce with case management, document management, or billing systems. Technical Requirements Computer: Intel i5 (8th Gen+) or AMD Ryzen 5 (3000+), or Mac M1+. Min. 8 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD. OS: Windows 11 or macOS. Monitors: Two screens required. Headset: USB wired or wireless. Internet: Wired connection, at least 20 Mbps. Key Performance Indicators System Uptime Maintain 99% Salesforce availability.
