Marketing Intern

Position Summary: Coterie’s Marketing Internship will provide hands-on, tactical experience supporting initiatives across Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Revenue Enablement. This intern will help with campaign & content creation, campaign organization & management, marketing systems support, and reporting while contributing to projects that directly impact growth and sales performance. Schedule: We offer flexibility to accommodate academic schedules. Interns may work up to 40 hours per week during the summer and up to 29 hours per week during the fall. The internship is anticipated to run through mid-to-late October, depending on business needs. Main Responsibilities: Assist with digital campaign execution across paid, organic, and email channels Develop and/or support campaign asset creation Assist with campaign setup and execution in marketing automation and CRM platforms Help update website content and landing pages Support development and maintenance of sales enablement materials Help organize partner playbooks, content libraries, and internal resources Write and/or edit copy including emails, newsletters, digital campaigns and website pages, internal communications, and more Assist with event and tradeshow planning and coordination Contribute to reporting dashboards and marketing performance analysis Support cross-functional coordination between marketing and sales teams What we are looking for: Current undergraduate/graduate student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or related field Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Interest in marketing technology such as CRMs and marketing automation Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable in a highly collaborative, remote environment What will make you stand out: Familiarity with the insurance industry Experience in HubSpot & Salesforce Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Our interview process: Our hiring process generally consists of 3 phases. The goal is to provide an opportunity for us to learn more about our candidates while allowing them to get to know us as well! Phase 1: Qualified candidates will first meet with a member of our People Operations team for a phone interview. This discussion is a high-level conversation to understand more about your background and interests and for us to share more about Coterie and the position. Phase 2: Selected candidates will be invited to meet with our Hiring Manager for a 2nd interview via Teams video. This interview is designed to be more detail oriented and allows you to learn more about the role Phase 3: Top candidates will receive an invite for our final interview series via Teams video. This series will include 1:1 interviews with selected team members. The final series is roughly 1.5 hours in total but can be scheduled over a few days for flexibility. Why this internship?
