SUMMARY STATEMENT: The Seasonal Corporate Associate supports daily operations within a corporate office environment during peak business periods or special projects. This role assists with administrative tasks, project coordination, and cross-functional team support to ensure efficient business operations. The position provides exposure to corporate processes and offers valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced professional setting. TYPE OF SUPERVISION RECEIVED: The warehouse associate works independently, but may need supervision by the Supervisor and/or the Operations Manager to complete the prioritized tasks. JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES, including but not limited to the following:

  • Follow oral and written instructions
  • Read and match numbers
  • Perform repetitive work that includes standing, walking and bending for long periods of time
  • Correctly sort product using eye/hand coordination
  • Accurately count items, boxes, pallets, etc
  • Identify problems and recognize potential problems
  • Work in all departments
  • Observe and practice all matters of safety
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS, Including but not limited to the following:

  • Minimum of eighteen years of age
  • Ability to follow oral and written instruction
  • Read and match numbers
  • Perform repetitive work, stand, walk and bend for long periods of time
  • Must be able to bend, twist, and squat frequently
  • Must have the ability to carry up to 25 - 100 pounds frequently
  • Must have the ability to lift up to 25 – 50 pounds, shoulder high, frequently
  • Accurately count materials
  • Ability to identify problems and recognize potential problems
  • Must be flexible and willing to work in all departments
  • Must be able to identify flaws, defects and be detail oriented
  • Must have good eye hand coordination, physical mobility, and the ability to use arm and hand movements to maneuver large objects
  • Must have the ability to pass an instructional safety class
  • Must have the ability to understand and follow all company policies and procedures

What would you do in this role?
