👋What are our wishes? We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint to design, implement, and maintain enterprise solutions that address business needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in solution architecture, application development, integrations, automation, and Agile delivery practices. This is a remote international role with a 9-month project engagement and alignment to Manila business hours.

Required Qualifications

Must-Have Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint, including architecture, development, deployment, maintenance, migration, and data management. Strong experience with: Power Apps Power Automate Power BI Power Pages Copilot Studio Proven experience designing end-to-end enterprise solutions and translating business requirements into technical solutions. Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong understanding of solution architecture and system integration. Technical Skills .NET / C# JavaScript and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, jQuery) HTML, CSS REST APIs SQL and database technologies XML and JSON SharePoint customization and integrations Preferred Experience with Visual Studio, Web Services, CRM SDK, or Visual Basic. Product management experience. Enterprise architecture experience. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams. Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills. 💼How can you contribute to the team?

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Delivery Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and recommend appropriate solutions. Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint. Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions. Lead solution delivery using Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices. Collaborate with development teams to enhance existing applications and build new solutions. Review technical designs and provide guidance on issue resolution and best practices. Monitor client feedback and ensure successful solution adoption. Documentation & Knowledge Management Create and maintain technical and functional documentation. Develop solution design, requirements, security, and support documentation. Ensure documentation remains current throughout the project lifecycle. Continuous Improvement & Compliance Identify opportunities to improve existing systems and processes. Review solution architecture to ensure alignment with enterprise standards. Conduct security assessments and ensure compliance with security requirements. Support post-deployment activities and ongoing maintenance.
