Implementation Consultant

What You’ll Do: Under the direction of a project lead, configure systems from end-to-end, troubleshooting of errors, and quality assurance testing as required. Lead or participate in functionality delivery sessions with the clients. Participate in project walkthroughs, business requirements gathering, design walkthroughs, and implementation sessions as required. Flag and report potential problematic or out of scope requests from clients. Technical investigation of client issues, detailed initial troubleshooting before escalating issues to the Development team. Enable successful go-lives by acting as the first line of QA before UAT with a client and final implementation. Assist with performing integrated system testing when new features are applied to a client system. Assist the Support desk as needed to solve complex system tickets. Other duties as assigned. What You’ll Need: A Bachelor's degree in any Technology, Engineering, Sciences, Mathematics (STEM) field related field or equivalent experience Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and XML, and JSON. Experience with SQL a definite asset. Experience with application configuration within a CMS or similar environment. For example, a configuration of fields, creation of workflows, tweaking, and implementation. Basic knowledge of ‘Software as a Service’ Solutions (SAAS) and experience of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Ability to grasp concepts quickly with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Clear, concise, and effective communication skills. Exceptional time management skills. Occasional travel is a requirement for this position, with the ability to travel within North America and Europe is a must. Must be legally eligible to work in Canada, USA or EU.
