About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to support a fast-growing digital brand. In this role, you will take ownership of online community engagement across social media platforms, working as an extension of both the client team and a larger digital operations group. This is a part-time, remote role ideal for someone who is deeply embedded in online culture, thrives in independent work environments, and brings strong creative instincts to everything they build What You’ll Do Day-to-day work will vary by client and campaign, but core responsibilities include: Brainstorm, plan, and execute content calendars, engagement scripts, and community growth strategies (both evergreen and campaign-based) Manage and respond to community members across social platforms using native and third-party tools including Sprout Social, TikTok Studio, and Meta Business Manager Track and report KPIs; build performance reports that surface trends, insights, and opportunities for the client Collaborate daily with clients and internal team members — clear, proactive communication is a non-negotiable Identify and adopt new tools and platforms that improve workflow and client outcomes Develop and refine community management practices, from content moderation and engagement strategy to social ROI and digital experience improvements Handle community escalations, crises, or sensitive interactions with professionalism and sound judgment Apply familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, PII, and Trust & Safety standards to all client interactions What We’re Looking For You should be confident in the following: Self-starter mentality — you manage your own time, follow through on commitments, and don't need hand-holding Strong problem-solving skills and a sharp editorial eye for copy Comfortable communicating both wins and challenges with clients and team leads Confident on video and voice calls with internal and external stakeholders Active, professional experience across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Threads, and X Ability to build and execute community programs, measure performance, and iterate based on data Highly organized with strong time management — you hit deadlines Creative copywriting that balances brand professionalism with cultural fluency and platform-native voice Genuine passion for niche communities and online culture Desired skills and pluses: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience Minimum 4 years of hands-on social media or community management experience Experience managing ambassador, MVP, or influencer programs is a strong plus Proficiency with third-party moderation and engagement tools, including keyword filtering in Meta and creator care tools in TikTok Excellent written and verbal communication skills Please ensure your LinkedIN profile or resume showcases your professional social media or community management experience.
