RESPONSIBILITIES: Design track and railway infrastructure in accordance with applicable regulations, laws and standards Participate in the design and construction of projects Lead and assist with the preparation of proposals, design packages, and tender documentation Utilize rail experience to mentor junior and engineers on rail design Work collaboratively with project managers and multi-disciplinary design and engineering teams QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Civil or Rail Engineering from an accredited University Professional Engineer (PE) license in one or more US states, with the ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed 5+ years of experience on civil earthworks projects 5+ years of experience in design of track and railway infrastructure Experience in the design of crossings Working knowledge of AREMA Standards Familiar with industrial track standards Ability to utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D proficiently would be considered an asset All applicants must be legally entitled to work in the United States, be a resident, and residing in the United States, to be considered.
