Title: Deployment Services – Deployment Specialist/Implementation Manager Location: Belgrade - Remote We are seeking a project management professional to manage operational aspects of Deployment Services projects, including customer and supplier meetings. A qualified candidate is expected to be a self-starter and have advanced problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and time management skills. Position Summary The Deployment Specialist oversees customer deployment projects from initiation through closure, ensuring that complex installation, de‑installation, site preparation and branding activities meet customer expectations and contractual requirements. This role leads meetings, gathering critical information from customers and internal teams, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and provides clear direction to all project stakeholders. The Deployment Specialist ensures that every deployment event is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to operational standards. Key Areas of Responsibility Responsibilities may vary depending on project demands or team needs. Project Leadership & Coordination Manage deployment projects from initiation through closure. Lead meetings and conduct information‑gathering sessions with clients and internal resources. Define and document the scope of work, aligning tasks and responsibilities with project stakeholders. Coordinate installations, de‑installations, branding, and other deployment activities. Stakeholder Management Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned projects. Provide timely project updates, escalate risks, and recommend mitigation strategies. Build effective communication channels with customers, field operations, and internal teams. Operational Execution Oversee scheduling, task assignment, and EPM (or similar) system requirements. Ensure all deployment activities meet quality, accuracy, and timeline expectations. Support high‑profile or large‑scale rollout operations. Process & Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for process enhancements and recommend improvements. Ensure compliance with deployment procedures, timelines, and SOW requirements. Perform other corresponding duties and tasks in accordance with their qualifications, as directed by the Employer. Basic Qualifications University degree, college diploma, or relevant industry experience. 1–2 years of experience coordinating installations, inventory control, or deployment processes on low‑impact projects. Preferred qualifications PMP certification preferred. Core Skills Excellent management and leadership skills, including teamwork development and maintenance. Superior written and verbal communication skills, and excellent presentation skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to focus on performing required tasks and meeting deadlines. Ability to work in a team setting and as an independent contributor. Ability to work with internal and external partners at various levels, including management. Ability to lead, motivate, and support team members Ability to provide direction to team members. P&L management, budgeting, and financial/commercial knowledge. Solid understanding of SOWs and contracts Technical Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). Solid understanding of Statement of Works, contracts.
