Job Title: ADE – Manhattan (Field Sales Representative, Hub Delivery Program) Job DescriptionThis role offers an opportunity to help launch a new delivery partner program in the Manhattan area by recruiting local businesses to join a growing hub delivery network. You will focus on field-based outreach to small and medium-sized businesses, presenting the program, qualifying interested partners, and guiding them through the application and onboarding process. Working closely with a Field Manager and other local contractors, you will also support community-based recruitment events and referral initiatives. This position is highly active, requires regular travel within your territory, and offers uncapped commission potential in addition to bonuses and reimbursements.

Responsibilities

Visit prospective local businesses door to door in targeted areas such as Brooklyn and the Bronx to promote the hub delivery partner program. Present and confidently pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses to generate interest and encourage them to apply. Qualify prospective business partners based on program criteria and guide them step by step through the application process. Lead and manage all prospect and partner activity in Salesforce, maintaining an accurate and up-to-date pipeline of leads and conversions. Support the Field Manager in planning, organizing, and hosting recruitment events in the community, such as lunch-and-learn sessions and town hall meetings. Collaborate with the Field Manager to build relationships with local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations, to drive referrals. Import and update Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis to ensure data accuracy and reporting integrity. Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to prospective and existing partners throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. Travel consistently within the assigned territory to meet outreach and recruitment goals while maintaining a professional presence in the field. Essential Skills1–2+ years of field sales experience, with a proven ability to sell in person and manage a territory. 1–2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service, demonstrating strong relationship-building skills. Hands-on experience with CRM systems is required, with Salesforce strongly preferred. Ability to accurately manage and track leads, opportunities, and partner data within Salesforce. Bilingual fluency required, with strong preference in the following order: Spanish, then Mandarin, followed by other languages as needed. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly with business owners. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver clear, compelling pitches. Demonstrated ability to work independently in the field while collaborating effectively with a Field Manager and local team members. Reliable transportation to travel throughout Brooklyn and the broader territory as needed for business visits and events. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and events simultaneously. Additional Skills & QualificationsComfort working in a commission-driven environment with performance-based incentives. Experience importing and managing data using Excel and integrating it into CRM systems. Background in account management or business development, especially with local small businesses. Experience collaborating with community organizations, chambers of commerce, or economic development groups. Ability to represent the program professionally at community events, meetings, and presentations. Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding recruitment targets. Work EnvironmentThis is a field-based role focused on Manhattan and surrounding areas, with responsibilities that regularly extend into Brooklyn and the Bronx. You will work as part of a small local team of approximately six contractors in Manhattan and collaborate closely with a Field Manager. The position involves frequent travel within your territory to conduct door-to-door visits, attend community events, and meet with local businesses. You will use Salesforce as your primary CRM platform and work with Excel to manage and upload data weekly. The role offers uncapped commission potential, including per-application and per-partner launch bonuses, along with a monthly phone reimbursement and weekly metro card reimbursement to support your field activities. The environment is fast-paced, performance-driven, and highly interactive, with regular face-to-face contact with business owners and community partners. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr.
