We are currently seeking a talented Video Editor to join our team on a part-time basis, contributing to both client... projects and internal brand videos. Job Overview: As a Video Editor at Creatorhood, you will play a crucial role in bringing our client's stories to life. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate with the Creative Director to edit and assemble recorded footage into a finished product that is social media ready. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a creative mind, and the ability to create engaging, high-quality video content. Additionally, you should be skilled in creating animated intro clips using After Effects. Key Responsibilities: • Edit and assemble recorded footage into a polished final product for client projects and internal brand videos. • Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and contribute to the creative process. • Create engaging and visually appealing animated intro clips using After Effects. • Ensure the logical sequencing and smooth running of the final video. • Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects as needed. • Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry best practices to maximize efficiency. • Provide final cut for review and make revisions based on feedback. • Manage multiple projects, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. Qualifications: • Proven work experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills. • Proficient in video editing software, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. • Strong understanding of post-production processes, including editing, color grading, and audio mixing. • Ability to translate ideas into complete projects. • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a remote team. • Creative mind and storytelling skills.
