Job Description

We are seeking a driven and clinically confident Sales Representative to join our Coronary and Renal Denervation (CRDN) team. In this role, you will promote and sell Medtronic’s CRDN portfolio, including coronary therapies, renal denervation products, and innovative imaging technologies. You will build strong relationships with clinical stakeholders and drive impactful adoption in highly technical environments. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about advancing patient care through cutting-edge cardiovascular solutions. You will cover the Norther Ireland and occasionally Republic of Ireland. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Promote and sell Medtronic’s Coronary & Renal Denervation products Engage with interventional cardiologists, physiologists, cath lab teams, and healthcare leaders to build long-term relationships and drive portfolio adoption Support key clinical procedures in the cath lab Train and educate clinicians and cath lab staff on product applications, best practices, and emerging technologies Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support territory growth strategies Implement account-level plans to expand penetration and develop new business opportunities Communicate customer insights and product feedback to internal teams, including R&D, Marketing, and Operations Required Knowledge and Experience: Ideally sales or clinical experience within the medical device industry Proven success in developing customer relationships and achieving sales results Ability to operate confidently in clinical environments and communicate complex product concepts to healthcare professionals Flexibility to support procedure-based schedules, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends in hospital settings Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the defined sales territory and further as required Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
