Key Objectives

  • Provide timely, accurate, and professional support to customers via live chat channels.
  • Resolve inquiries and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and track complex cases.
  • Help improve customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries through live chat platforms.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Work closely with sales, technical support, and other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Contribute to the development of FAQs, chat scripts, and knowledge base articles.
  • Monitor chat trends and customer feedback to suggest service improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations.

Requirements

  • Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and chat support tools is a plus.
