Remote Retail Operations Manager

Our client is seeking a highly organized and strategically minded Remote Retail Operations Manager to oversee and optimize their retail operations nationwide. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from any location within the US. The Retail Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability across all retail channels. This includes managing inventory, supply chain logistics, store performance metrics, and operational budgets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, marketing, and store staff, to ensure seamless execution of retail initiatives. Key responsibilities involve analyzing sales data, identifying areas for improvement, developing best practices, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail management principles, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to drive operational excellence. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, coupled with at least 6 years of experience in retail operations management, is required. Experience with retail management software and a strong grasp of e-commerce operations are highly advantageous. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills are essential for success in this remote role.
