, requires a deep understanding of wireless network technologies, particularly in the areas of 4G/LTE and 5G NR. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex network solutions, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability. Key responsibilities include network planning, capacity management, performance monitoring, and leading technical investigations to resolve network issues. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in RF engineering, IP networking, and experience with network planning tools and performance analysis software. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including field operations, product development, and vendor partners, to ensure successful network build-outs and upgrades. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable 4G/LTE and 5G wireless networks. Conduct network performance analysis, optimization, and capacity planning. Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, ensuring minimal downtime. Develop and document network designs, configurations, and procedures. Collaborate with RF engineering teams on site acquisition and deployment strategies. Work with IP network teams to ensure seamless connectivity and data flow. Evaluate new technologies and vendor solutions to enhance network capabilities. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers. Manage vendor relationships and oversee the implementation of network equipment. Ensure network security best practices are implemented and maintained. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in telecommunications network engineering, with a focus on wireless technologies. Proven experience with 4G/LTE and 5G NR network deployment and optimization. Strong understanding of RF principles, propagation, and antenna systems. Expertise in IP networking, including routing, switching, and firewalls. Familiarity with network planning and simulation tools. Experience with network monitoring and performance analysis tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are a plus.
