What You’ll Do:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of air travel. Here are some of the key responsibilities you'll undertake:

Assist customers with check-in, ticketing, and baggage inquiries:

You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and you'll be responsible for providing them with accurate and helpful information.

  • Provide excellent service while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment: You'll work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You'll need to be able to think on your feet and provide excellent service to our customers, even in challenging situations.
