Spanish Language Expert (AI Training) About The Role What if your fluency in Spanish could directly shape how AI communicates with hundreds of millions of people around the world? We're looking for Spanish language experts in the New York metro area to evaluate and improve AI-generated content — ensuring it sounds natural, accurate, and culturally right for real Spanish speakers. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just a deep command of Spanish and a sharp eye for quality.

What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated Spanish translations and original content for accuracy and naturalness
- Identify mistranslations, unnatural phrasing, tone inconsistencies, or cultural issues
- Suggest clear, idiomatic, and culturally appropriate improvements
- Provide structured feedback on linguistic and cultural quality
- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Native or near-native fluency in Spanish
- Strong written communication skills in both Spanish and English
- Solid command of contemporary Spanish usage across different contexts and registers
- Naturally detail-oriented with a consistent, methodical approach
- Comfortable evaluating written language quality across a variety of topics
- No prior AI or tech experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience in translation, localization, editing, or linguistics
- Familiarity with AI tools or language evaluation workflows
- Knowledge of regional Spanish variations — Latin American, Castilian, or US Hispanic usage
- Background in communications, education, journalism, or content review
