Mission Build the global verification layer for digital advertising spend by making Vaudit the independent source of truth for advertisers, agencies, and platforms. Role Overview The Startup President & GM — AdID will operate as the executive leader responsible for the entire AdID business line. This includes revenue growth, product strategy, enterprise partnerships, verification intelligence, and market leadership. This role is effectively the CEO of the AdID vertical inside Vaudit.   • Industry positioning and category leadership

Core Responsibilities Revenue & Growth

  • Scale audited advertising spend under verification
  • Expand recurring verification revenue
  • Drive enterprise contracts and strategic partnerships
  • Develop global advertiser and agency relationships

Industry Leadership

  • Become a recognized authority in: media verification
  • ad fraud
  • spend leakage
  • performance validation
  • platform transparency

Product & Verification Strategy

  • Partner with Product and Engineering to shape: verification logic
  • anomaly systems
  • billing intelligence

Ecosystem Expansion

KPI Ownership Primary KPI: Audited Ad Spend Under Verification Secondary KPIs:

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $250K–$500K
  • Performance Bonus to equal $1 Million total salary & bonus annually
  • Significant Equity Package
