Senior Project Delivery Manager - NVIS

We are looking for a key NVIDIA Infrastructure Specialists team member who will serve as a Senior Service Delivery Manager and have a background in project delivery in data center environments. In this role, you will handle the project through the project lifecycle from aspiration to production! What you will be doing: Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all collaborators Understand the high and low-level technical architecture and be able to facilitate debate and drive decisions on appropriate solutions Ensure that company requirements are produced to standard promptly. Develop & present comprehensive technical solutions to customers Communicate and hold conference calls with internal teams, customers, and partners Lead complex installations, Report and advance all observed problems to proper operational partner concern points Handle the communication of project changes and release notices to customers Document technical and operational procedures clearly and concisely Be willing to work irregular hours as required What we need to see: BS/MS Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in project delivery management Minimum five years of experience in providing field services and/or customer support for hardware & software products In-depth knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work directly with customers Supreme leadership skills across broad and diverse functional teams Superb communication and presentation/oral skills Strong social skills and ability to prioritize/multi-task easily with limited supervision Experience leading global projects. Ways to stand out from the crowd: Experience with AI and GPU infrastructure Deployment PMP Certification HPC Clustering or Data-Center technologies NVIDIA is widely considered one of the technology world’s most desirable employers. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 136,000 USD - 212,750 USD for Level 3, and 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD for Level 4. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
