Senior Associate - Audit and Assurance

Our focus is to create stability in our teams and give our employees the opportunity to shine their strengths and support their development.What we are looking for: University degree; Minimum 2-3 years of financial audit; Strong English language skills, other languages (German, French) will be a plus; Strong accounting knowledge ( IFRS, US GAAP or ESG reporting will be a plus); Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients at all levels; Well-developed listening and questioning techniques, supported by strong analytical skills and organizational abilities; Strong team working skills. Responsibilities: Be part of a team that provides assurance and audit services for financial or non- financial statements to a variety of clients; Perform assurance and audit procedures on complex accounting areas or ESG topics; Working as part of a team, liaising with both client and other specialist staff in the practice to provide high quality client services; Providing coaching and supervision to junior staff; Coordinate and collaborate with Competency Center; Reporting directly to managers.
