Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Weekend / Night Shift Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing customer interactions with our technicians.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation, including customer information, services provided, and account changes.
  • Assisting with miscellaneous office duties, as needed, to support the success of our HVAC company.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve business objectives and drive customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

* Customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role.

  • Excellent phone skills, including fielding inbound and outbound customer and technician calls.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights, with multiple shifts available.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the HVAC industry or a related field.

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer bases.
