The Business Development and Leasing Manager is responsible for growing our base of clients by locating and meeting with rental property owners, potential lease candidates and and other strategic partners. This position is key to achieving the business objectives of Real Property Management. The Business Development Manager is highly organized with strong time management skills and an understanding of prioritization. Naturally driven to network and create new relationships and to instill trust, the Business Development Manager is a fearless networker, with excellent negotiation skills and a track record of proven leadership and results.
