Job Summary
As a Virtual Customer Care Advisor at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of our services and achieve optimal well-being. You will be the face of our company, providing exceptional support via phone, email, and web interactions. Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers and other advisors via phone, email, and web with questions about billing/insurance verification, products, or services
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries
- Identify and address customer concerns, providing solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to our clients
- Provide technical assistance to customers while browsing our website
- Serve customers in a timely manner, ensuring that we maximize our relationship with them
- Recognize that each relationship represents more than a solution to a single problem, but an opportunity to build a long-term relationship
Eligibility Criteria
* Must live in the state of Arizona
- High school diploma or equivalent
- More than 6 months of professional experience in computer and web applications
- Multi-tasking experience and phone and computer skills
- A high-speed internet connection from DSL, cable, or cable to the home (Fios or fiberoptic) with a minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
- Ability to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks), with two week notices
- Ability to work in a private environment free of distractions (e.g. barking dogs, TV noise, music, children, etc.) and able to give full attention to the client during work hours
Preferred Qualifications
* More than one year of relevant experience in customer service via phone or email
- Communication skills (spoken and written)
- Experience working in a customer service or call center
- Work experience in the medical field
- Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting productivity and quality standards
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team
