Descrição Apoiar no suporte técnico dos nossos clientes com empatia e pro atividade, contribuindo com a satisfação dos clientes com os produtos e serviços TOTVS. Responsabilidades e atribuições
  • Apoiar o atendimento aos clientes por meio dos canais da TOTVS, esclarecendo dúvidas de baixa complexidade relacionadas ao sistema, com orientação próxima, além de registrar sugestões e incidentes;
  • Auxiliar no atendimento aos clientes por meio dos canais de abertura de tickets, atuando com supervisão direta e visando o cumprimento das metas estabelecidas;
  • Registrar as demandas em sistema, garantindo o detalhamento completo das evidências necessárias para entendimento e tratativa das solicitações;
  • Apoiar na triagem dos tickets abertos pelos clientes, realizando reclassificações ou categorizações quando necessário, conforme o tipo de ticket ou status do atendimento;
  • Auxiliar no envio de status das demandas em andamento, quando solicitado pelos clientes, por meio de canais como telefone, e-mail e sistemas de atendimento;
  • Contribuir para o cumprimento dos indicadores individuais, como produtividade e pesquisa de satisfação, além das metas e resultados da área;
  • Apoiar na atualização de FAQs e bases de conhecimento com as soluções definidas e compartilhadas com os clientes.
Requisitos e qualificações Superior ou tecnólogo cursando;Pacote da Microsoft; Lógica de programação.
