Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing world-class service to our customers through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, while also providing a positive and personalized experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner

  • Recognize individual customer service needs and resolve their inquiry in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide excellent customer service, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to recognize and support the specific needs of the most vulnerable customers
  • Maintain and update customer-related information systems to ensure that our records are accurate and up-to-date
  • Respond to customers through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and chat, as appropriate
  • Acquire detailed knowledge of our product ranges and services to provide excellent service
  • Serve customers across our product portfolio and resolve a wide range of common inquiries

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Experience in a contact or call center environment (entry-level and experienced positions available)
  • Good to excellent computer skills, with the ability to work with MS Word and Excel
  • Effective time management and self-accountability skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
