Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in accurately entering and updating teacher pension data into our database, reviewing and verifying data for accuracy and completeness, and generating and distributing reports as required by management. Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Accurately entering and updating teacher pension data into our database
- Reviewing and verifying data for accuracy and completeness
- Maintaining and updating existing data records, ensuring all information is current and correct
- Generating and distributing reports as required by management
- Ensuring all data processing activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve any data discrepancies
- Maintaining thorough documentation of all data processing activities
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management or related fields are a plus
- Previous experience in data entry or data processing preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; familiarity with database management systems
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
