A Day in the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, your day will be filled with exciting challenges and opportunities to make a real difference in the lives of our customers. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Taking new applications and processing payments via phone
  • Documenting customer concerns, issues, and inquiries
  • Updating and changing account holder information
  • Basic data entry
  • Follow-up mail and email correspondence
  • Performing account maintenance, including account changes, adjustments, and statement requests
  • Accurately explaining terms and conditions, policies, and procedures relating to the account
  • Preparing reports, including CSR Daily Activity report and cash out report

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a strong combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. Some of the key requirements include:

  • 1+ year consecutive customer service experience
  • Call center experience is not required, but is a plus!
  • 1+ year working with a computer system
  • Proficient data entry skills required
  • Positive demeanor and customer service skills
  • Strong attendance history and reliable transportation
  • HS Diploma or GED

Work Environment

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work in a fast-paced call center environment, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be required to work Monday to Friday, day shift, with flexible scheduling and work-life balance. Our dress code is business casual, with jeans allowed (no leggings or sweatpants).
