Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Sales Agent, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our website support and coordination of customer vehicle purchases. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, answering questions, and helping move the digital transaction process forward. Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Sales Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through our website support and coordination of customer vehicle purchases
  • Answering customer questions and helping move the digital transaction process forward
  • Coordinating virtual inspections using our inspection application
  • Coordinating pick-up of purchased vehicles from customers' homes
  • Communicating effectively with customers through chat, phone, and CRM/email
  • Maintaining activity logs
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in customer service and/or sales (auto industry experience is a plus, but not required)
