ABOUT THE ROLE HeyGen is redefining how the world creates video—empowering creators, teams, and businesses to tell their stories with AI-powered video creation. We are looking for a Country Community Manager to build and grow HeyGen’s local community ecosystem. This role is responsible for cultivating relationships with the local community of users and advocates who help drive trust, learning, and long-term advocacy in-market. THE ROLE The Country Community Manager builds and grows HeyGen’s local presence by cultivating strong relationships with knowledge-based creators, partners, and community leaders. The role focuses on recruiting, enabling, and activating local ambassadors—supporting them to host events, educate users, and represent HeyGen within their communities. Through partnerships and locally led initiatives, you help turn product value into trust, learning, and sustained adoption. You act as the connective tissue between global strategy and local execution, ensuring HeyGen shows up in each market in a way that is culturally relevant, credible, and human.
