Job Description

The challenges you’ll tackle: As a Devops Engineer for T Cloud Public, you will:

  • Develop new applications and services that expand the ecosystem of our cloud platform.
  • Code, test, and deploy frequently — embracing modern development practices.
  • Automate with common automation frameworks to eliminate manual work.
  • Build tools that increase operational efficiency and elevate service quality.

Qualifications

Qualifications Completed studies in a technical, engineering or scientific subject or comparable professional training. 5+ years of professional DevOps or SRE experience in a cloud-native environment. Strong experience in Linux and container-technologies. Expert-level, hands-on proficiency with ansible or terraform for managing production-grade infrastructure. Deep, practical knowledge of Kubernetes (including its API and object model) and a proven track record of designing and packaging applications with Helm. Extensive experience building and maintaining complex CI/CD pipelines. Extensive knowledge in infrastructure automation. Strong scripting or programming skills in shell, Python or Go for automation and tooling. A solid understanding of software development lifecycles and build processes. Proficiency with Git and experience working in a collaborative, agile environment. In-depth understanding of cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and microservices Advanced knowledge of agile development processes. High level of customer focus. Problem-solving attitude. Collaborative team spirit. Fluency in written and spoken English. Additional Information Please note: remote working is only possible from within Hungary due to European taxation regulations.
